ADC13RH: Fast 13-bit pipeline Analog-to-Digital Converter


ADC13RH is a high-speed, pipelined, radiation hardened, Analog-to-Digital converter optimized to operate in a frequency range from DC to 100 KHz at a nominal sampling frequency of 2 MSps. The ADC receives a differential voltage analog input and converts each sample into a 13-bit word using a parallel CMOS output interface. System architecture is based on a 12-stage pipeline along with a 2-bit flash ADC which provides good noise and linearity performance. The device operates from a single 3.3V power supply on a single externally supplied CMOS clock.
